It's been 2 months since KK release and most people are back to Nex again. At the moment drygore weapons are by far the best to use at any boss (well...almost, unless people found a way to melee Kree in GWD).

Therefore, we decided to change our requirements (yay again!), so they are more suitable for pro PvM. To balance the reqs, or 'Imbalance' if you look at it from the combat triangle point of view, we decided to upgrade the weapon requirement to Dual Drygores and get rid of the magic and Ranged equipment.

Once Jagex decided to release the level 90 ranged and magic weapons we will look at these closely, and most likely change the requirements once again. Until then, Drygorescape is dominating.

No update this week but next week the Kalphite King will be out for us to slay!

As a PvM clan, this new challenge will definitely be accepted. A few of our members have been trying to analyse every part of the BTS video about the KK, Yikes for example:

On the PSO forums, more topics about the KK are being started and discussed, it's something we're looking forward to a lot!

In other news, we no longer support a teamspeak server as it was not being used. The pages about Teamspeak have been taken offline and have been replaced by Pro Nexers Only and an upcoming Kalphite King page.

It's been a few stressful days for PSO Clan Top! What more would've changed at the release of EoC, what would be the best requirements to have? After many hours of testing, checking, comparing, we managed to come up with a list of requirements, much longer than before, but not extraordinary expensive.

Bandos can be replaced by Verac's, most people already had Ganodermic, the offhands can be substituted by Enhanced Excalibur and a Zaryte Bow or Royal Crossbow. There's options for the skillers and the rich guys.

You can probably notice that we have requirements in all 3 classes of combat, but magic items are seen most on the requirement list. The reason is simple: Most bosses are weakest to magic!

In case armour bonus stats still get changed, we might alter the requirements as well.

With the EoC coming up, PSO is preparing for a change in requirements. We've also had some changes in clan top. New co-leader 'GF Im' and Luckscaped as Senate Secretary. Last but not least are Im Harper and x Marc xx as new event leaders.

Beta has changed a lot from last time, and we've had a lot of time to experiment on the reworked bosses. We found out that magic is basically the best combat skill to pvm with. A steel titan, on top of that, will speed up the kill significantly! Magic and summoning maxed out are a real boost for pvm, so along with a few armour requirement changes which include some dungeoneering items, the new requirements will include those for sure.

On our forums we have a forum topic (only members can see) where we keep adding items and skills to the new requirement list. The requirements will be changed on the day when EoC comes out (20th of November)

It's been months since I wrote the last entry and I figured it would be nice to add another article here. Get a cuppa tea or whatever you like because we have a lot to share with all of you. Evolution of Combat, the Corp war we had last Sunday, and change in some leader ranks are some of the few items that I'll write about.

With the release of Beta, I must say I'm impressed with the changes. This will change PvM so much, but in a good way. Every week I do a few boss trips (Nex and other GWD, corp) to see what they patched. Most of us have seen the video by Dardan duoing Nex. After the patch, this happened to me:

Big change, they ended up making Nex a bitch she's supposed to be! For those who are more into corp: It no longer drains your prayer that much.

Once again we beat Zer0 at corp in a full out PvM war. Check the video page for some videos. It was a fun war, at the start Zer0 seemed to have the upperhand using Korasi specials which would have such a quick hit splash that corp would die before some of our Vesta spear hits could do any damage. A simple spam click trick helped us get the kills after this trick was announced in the cc, and we were close to winning with 20-8 but Zer0 managed to get another kill which made us win with the 'usual' 20-9. To those who still used familiars, whatever clan you were from...honestly, read the rules next time.

Devill Xx has been temporary placed to Legendary member and PSO Pokie took his spot as event leader. Known for his reference trips and massive activity log, Pokie has been a well respected PSO Member and his rankup was nothing but deserved.

I also want to mention BrokenBurger (also known as Just Broken) and his rankup to Co-leader. His hard as senator showed us that he was someone who we could use next to Ali Wiki.

I know it's April fools but this new post is bare serious. A lot of important changes in PSO have been taken place.

First of all, we got rid of Runehead. We got seriously pissed off by the entire way Runehead works. It doesn´t auto-update, it´s effort for exactly what? Who uses it these days besides some IRC-noobs, a system which has been worthless since the introduction of Clanchats.
We will be using the official RuneScape memberlist for this now. The Runehead page will only show the leaders of PSO.

A slight change in leaders, I just want to welcome Dark Elysian and Electro Andy to the Lower Clantop. They are rocking out some cool events including banner competitions.

Big news for the people who want to apply: We increased our requirements to 138 combat and the new Tokhaar-Kal Cape. We will be kicking the people who don't meet the new requirements unless they provide a good reason.

I'll be updating this website more often from now on as I've reached my long-term goal (Completionist Cape). Sorry for the long absence :<

Just a little update on on the rapid growth of PSO and it's community. We recently hit the 400 member count and around 2 weeks later we now have 450+ members joining us for our brilliant PvM'ing community!

On the 7th February 2012 we are planning to finally achieve our Tier 7 Citadel goal and hope to be one of the first PvM clans to achieve this. I'm personally looking forward to having a Tier 7 Citadel and a lot of members just cannot wait to have such an extraordinary clan vexillum. The week coming will be really hectic for everybody but we will get it done in the end!

In other news:
The most recent addition to the clan-top is Blake Finn. He has been hosting various brilliant events for the EST timezone which members have been really enjoying. He is a wonderful addition to the lower clan-top of PSO.

PSO is currently growing in member size everyday. If we keep this up, we'll have 400 members by the end of this year.

Yesterday, one of our leaders left and took 10-15 members with him to a now rival clan 'Rising Legion'. People who joined this clan after leaving PSO will not be able to join back.

This clan is an amost direct wannabe copy of PSO but they don't have the community we have.

The fact that 10-15 people choose one person, who wasn't even a high leader, over a clan shows how loyal they are to the clan: not at all. In PSO we do not wish to have or be friends with disloyal sheep.

First of all, I want to say goodbye to Asian Roots and Gates of PSO. Both left our clan last week. I want to thank them for all the effort they put in PSO to make it as great as it is now!

This sad news also brings some good news: We've got some new clan top members who we carefully picked from our VIP members. I want to welcome Ran Dom and and Broken Black to the Lower clan top!
Ali 1 has been promoted to Co-leader, well done Alistair! Withour current active clan tops I'm sure we can make PSO even better than it was before!

We're currently discussing our new requirements, because apart from the WGS requirement the PSO requirements are a bit old fashioned. Requirement updates are always a pain, as some people will need even more time to join us, but we've got to move on with the times and quality is something we want to assure within PSO.

Those who are wondering why our member count has gone down 100 in just a day should know we kicked all our inactive members. Since then we already got 40 new people so we're nearing the 400 clan size again!

Last but not least: Last sunday (16th of October) PSO had it's very first anniversary! One year PSO is a fact, many more years to come!

I want to thank all my fellow leaders for helping me lead Sunday's events. It was a great day and I'm sure everyone had a good time!

2 of our co-leaders quit during the past weeks. Shottix decided to get a life and quit RS, while Ex Gj decided to hack Asian Roots and run off with 4b extra bank. Sad news, but this won't break PSO

A few new requirements got added, being '70 agility' and 'WGS completed'. These requirements only apply for new members, not our current members.

Sometime this weekend and coming week we will decide new clan top members and a couple changes in rules will take place as well.

We've added some new rules which should limit more clan drama about crashing and anti-crashing. We hop other clans will also make use of the Vexillum!

We closed out Teamspeak with a password since some unwanted people trolled our server lately. Members can get the password on the forums.

11th of September we will be having a remembrance event. More details will be posted on the website later. All necessary information is already up on the forums but we might change some plans so I'll be waiting for the final plan until I post it on here.

Since we are reaching 450 members we started a sweep to kick inactive members. Our primary goal is having 500 active and mature people who enjoy the art of PvM!

First of all I'd like to say that we are still busy preparing for some rank-ups in PSO, which will soon be announced. There will be at least one new senator andtwo trial member managers. The last rank will not be part of the clan top, but the people doing this job will definitely be considered for a clan top spot if we think we need more leader.

The other topic I want to share is dicing. Dicing is something me and the other higher clan top are actively against. We are aware some of our members dice, and we do NOT take responsibility if something might go wrong there. dicing is a risk, a very high risk, and I suggest no one to ever start it. Staking gives you more chance to win and can't be scammed...if you just pay attention.

Any complaints about PSO members related to dicing will not be looked at since we don't encourage it.

We managed to come up with a new trial system which should keep out the leechers and noobs. I will update the 'how to apply' explanation soon as some topics won't work anymore due to this update.

We are also looking for a new Senator so some PSO Veteran+ member can expect a rankup soon.

Since we hit over 400 members, we decided to close the applications so we can change the application procedures. We expect to open applications again in 2 days.

An inactivity sweep will also be held soon to clean our memberlist of the leechers.

Last night it was the long awaited PSO VS Zer0 Pvm Corp war!
After alot of hard work and brilliant team work by the Clantop we finally got to the evening of the war.

Everyone met at the Clan Citadel to be ranked in the right clan chats and to get prepared for the biggest war in the history of PSO and mostlikely RS!
We met at the corp cave and ran in to start the Big Battle.

After an amazing start by us zer0 started to make a comeback but like true pros we put them to rest with a great Victory of 20 - 10.
It was a Great performance and turn out by every PSO member that was there.

I'm Proud to be a Leader of such a great clan and Honoured to be part of the Great Clantop we currently have.

Big thanks to PSO Dean for arranging and Organising the war and letting me help with the organisation! Big thanks to the rest of the Clantop for your help and input throughout!

Today, two of our members maxed out. Assaulted got himself a very nice Completionist cape, while Circus One is now the proud owner of a Max cape! Congratulations guys, now get back to PvM!

The forums are almost complete now, all links are working and the gallery is slowly growing. Our leaders are busy writing their bit for the 'about us' section so that part should be up and running soon as well.

Once we've got all website pages filled, I'll make some usefool tools and calculaters for PvM use, might attach a drop logger as well at some time. At the moment those are just plans, no projects have been started yet.

I can now happily announce that our official website pso-clan.com is now up and running. There might be some minor changes to the website in a later stage, but most of the work is done.
