The best way to seek contact with us would be using our forums. Register an account and ask your questions there.

Another possiblity is to join 'pso clanchat' (it's a Friend chat) in game and see if any leaders or members are on there. Beware, members are usually NOT ranked in the friend chat, only leaders are.

You can also try to join our Clan chat 'Pro S Only', however this chat is closed to visitors or restricted which means you can't talk as guest.

In case that happens, look for high ranks in the Clan chat and add those to your friend list. most of the leaders have their private on, so you could ask questions in PM.

We have an active IRC channel #prosonly on SwiftIRC which guests can join to ask questions. You do NOT need swiftkit to go on IRC, you may as well use Mibbit. Select any username, select SwiftIRC in the dropdownlist and enter #prosonly as channel. This should get you there in no time!
