About PSO

On this page you can find how some of our clan top have experienced PSO in the past, how they think we are doing now, and what they expect from the future. Let's start with one of the founders, King of PvM

King of PvM

It all started in 2008, I made a clan based on friend in my clanchat (now called friendchat) called Pro's Only.
We didn't have a website, it was just a club for friends. De requirements were quite normal for around those times:
AGS + void or Bandos
Turmoil and overloads did not exist back then.

After a while I closed it down and then Gangsta Lion asked me to restart Pro's Only. I couldn't say no, we tried to get it back up but decided to close it again after a while.

Then Extreme Juju came to me to make PSO again and I had to think for a bit, but agreed eventually. By a stupid mistake, our forums got infiltrated by someone who later actually became one of our members (Mc Yen). Our forums being teared apart, I called help from an old friend who might wanted to help us, unfortunately he left RS the year before. Yet I managed to get him to fix our forums, which also got him back into playing RS. Herp was once again an RS addict :L.

With Herp on our side, we decided to rework the forums, create runehead and rearranged the clanchat. PSO became a more organised club with mostly Dutch people, but this would change not much later

We started to increase our clan top in size:
Event leaders were chosen:
- Mage lt 4100
- R3d ltd

These guys put a lot of effort into creating fun events, but we still needed some more power to watch the fc while the Dutch timezone leaders were asleep.

Hence, also two co-leader were chosen:
- Kaimatau
- N0fan

Kaimatau has done his share in PSO, this legend is now gone and got himself a life after the earthquake in Queensland where he lives.
N0fan didn't do a lot for PSO, and after we told him he was going to lose his rank he left, and decided to spam us now and then.

Herp then came with an idea to make a new clan top section, the Senate, which would offer place for 4-5 people who are standing out as PSO members and have the capability to lead. Some people entered the senate, some left, and others grew to become our current leaders: PSO Asian and Bardzy.

When not so long ago the Clan Chat update was introduced, PSO immediately used this opportunity to rise in size and organisation even more. We grew from a 100-man clan to 200 in no time, and at this time we have almost over 350 people in our clan chat who all meet our requirements.

PSO is a great clan to be part of, no one would disagree!

PSO Asian

I joined the 'new' PSO back in early November 2011. At the time, PSO was considered to be one of the weaker PvM clans, with fewer than 100 members and a very quiet site. Teams heavily revolved around Bandos and it was a difficult job pulling members for anti-crashing.

A short time after I joined, the previous co-leaders were appointed and I never thought that I'd have the chance to reach such a high rank in the clan. But I was a hard worker and a very loyal member, continually trying to make PSO better. It was then back in late December or early January that I was offered a Senate position along with Shottix, Flirt, Ex Gj, Llamado Noob and Galicia. Sadly, some of these dropped out due to personal reasons. During late January, there was a bit of turmoil in PSO and Herp decided to have another re-boot after which things began to settle. Since then, we have re-appointed our Senates, and as you can see Ex Gj, and myself being some of the oldest members have made it to the top of the clan.

Since then, PSO has more than tripled in size from around 100 members to over 350. Though this may seem off-putting to some people, it is incredible how active and mature our clan community is and we as the leaders are ever trying to improve on it. Being so large means that our members are rarely, if ever, short of team mates for anti-crashing; PvM teams take a very short time to form, and you can assure that they are of top quality with overloads, chaotics and turmoil with the best gear.

We are now considered to be one of the most threatening PvM clans in Runescape as well as having the most active and friendliest of communities. Our members take pride in saying that they are PSO and we the leaders take even more pride in saying that we own it.
